由施普林格出版。ISSN: 1539 - 2791。神经信息学发表神经信息学新领域的原创文章和评论。重点是在神经科学研究的所有领域中,与分析、建模、集成和共享相关的数据结构和软件工具。特别地,我们邀请了以下方面的贡献:(1)理论和方法论,包括关于本体、建模方法、数据库设计和元分析的讨论;(2)已开发的数据库和软件工具的说明及其分发方法;(3)相关实验结果,如大量数据集发布的报告;(4)复杂数据集成与组织模型的计算仿真;(5)神经工程方法,包括硬件、机器人和信息论研究。该杂志还出版了对现有神经科学数据库和软件工具的独立“测试和评估”,并促进对工具和数据共享原则的承诺。该杂志每季度出版一次,包括印刷版和网络版。在线版本包括额外的电子材料,如演示、动画和互联网链接。所有至少出版第一年的电子出版物将免费提供。

NEUROINFORMATICS杂志英文介绍

Published by Springer. ISSN: 1539-2791.Neuroinformatics publishes original articles and reviews in the new field of neuroinformatics. The emphasis is on data structure and software tools related to analysis, modeling, integration, and sharing, in all areas of neuroscience research. In particular, we invite contributions on: (1) Theory and methodology, including discussions on ontologies, modeling approaches, database design and meta-analyses; (2) Descriptions of developed databases and software tools, and of the methods for their distribution; (3) Relevant experimental results, such as reports accompanied by the release of massive data sets; (4) Computational simulations of models integrating and organizing complex data; and (5) Neuroengineering approaches, including hardware, robotics, and information theory studies. The journal also publishes independent "tests and evaluations" of available neuroscience databases and software tools and fosters a commitment to the principles of tool and data sharing. The journal is published quarterly both in print and online. The online version includes additional electronic material such as demos, animations, and internet links. All the electronic issues of at least the first year of publication will be freely available.
