糖尿病学出版关于糖尿病研究和相关主题的所有方面的临床和实验工作的报告，只要它们具有科学价值，并提供重要的事实或新的数据。邀请的评论也会发表。还可以考虑迅速通报与当前有关的结果，以便加速出版。仅在例外情况下才接受对已知事实的确认;同样的情况也适用于没有正面结果的实验和观察报告。总编将乐意考虑发表在欧洲糖尿病研究协会会议上宣读的论文，只要这些论文符合上述要求。也欢迎写信给编辑和研讨会报告。应该指出的是，除了研讨会报告之外，没有页面收费。

Diabetologia publishes reports of clinical and experimental work on all aspects of diabetes research and related subjects provided they have scientific merit and present important facts or new data. Invited Reviews are also published. Rapid communications of results with immediate interest may also be considered for expedited publication. Mere confirmation of known facts will be accepted only in exceptional cases; the same applies to reports of experiments and observations having no positive outcome. The Editor in Chief will be pleased to consider for publication papers read at meetings of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes provided that they meet the above requirements. Letters to the Editor and Workshop reports are also welcome. It should be noted that there are no page charges with the exception of Workshop reports.
