BIOMETRICAL JOURNAL

《生物计量学杂志》发表关于统计方法及其在包括医学、环境科学和农业在内的生命科学中的应用的论文。方法的发展应由来自这些领域的一个有趣和有关的问题来推动。理想情况下，原稿应包括对问题的描述和一节详细说明新方法在该问题上的应用。也欢迎案例研究、评论文章和给编辑的信件。只包含广泛数学理论的论文不适合发表在生物计量学杂志上。

Biometrical Journal publishes papers on statistical methods and their applications in life sciences including medicine, environmental sciences and agriculture. Methodological developments should be motivated by an interesting and relevant problem from these areas. Ideally the manuscript should include a description of the problem and a section detailing the application of the new methodology to the problem. Case studies, review articles and letters to the editors are also welcome. Papers containing only extensive mathematical theory are not suitable for publication in Biometrical Journal.
